These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and mayong77 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at mayong77.cam ("the Platform").

mayong77 provides online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting services, and related promotional activities exclusively to eligible registered users. Access to and use of the Platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of, and continued compliance with, this Agreement in its entirety.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with mayong77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the Platform;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) creating an Account solely for your own personal use;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity when using the Platform;
• You have not previously been excluded from the mayong77 Platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of mayong77 or any of its affiliated game studio or payment processing partners;
• All information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is accurate, truthful, and kept up to date.

mayong77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including government-issued photo identification and proof of address — at any stage of your account lifecycle, and to suspend or close your Account pending receipt of such documentation.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the mayong77 Platform at any time. Opening duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide, at minimum: a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile telephone number for verification purposes. You may also be asked to provide your full legal name and date of birth.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, mayong77 requires KYC verification. This process involves submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo ID such as a Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), passport, or driving licence;
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past 90 days displaying your registered name and address;
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits is owned and controlled by you (e.g., a screenshot of your registered e-wallet account).

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 business hours of document submission. mayong77 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is successfully concluded.

By accessing or using the mayong77 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge and accept that:

• All games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology, and the outcome of any game is determined purely by chance;
• Past game results do not influence future game outcomes — no betting strategy can alter the mathematical house edge of any game;
• mayong77 makes no representation or warranty that any player will achieve a financial profit from use of the Platform;
• You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising in your jurisdiction from winnings or transactions conducted on the Platform;
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not explicitly sanctioned by mayong77;
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software, game mechanics, or user interface.

mayong77 reserves the right to conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance at any time. While we aim to minimise service disruptions — particularly during peak match-day periods for Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, and other major sporting events — we cannot guarantee uninterrupted platform availability and accept no liability for losses attributed to downtime.

All deposits and withdrawals on the mayong77 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). The following payment channels are currently supported:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow, FPX
• Direct Banking: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong

Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. mayong77 does not charge deposit processing fees, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals require a completed KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawal requests are processed according to the following target timeframes:

• E-Wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): target under 5 minutes
• DuitNow / FPX bank transfers: target 5–15 minutes
• Direct bank wire transfers: target 15–60 minutes

These are target timeframes and not guaranteed processing speeds. Peak periods or additional security reviews may extend processing time. mayong77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of a Player's identity, address, or ownership of the withdrawal destination account before approving any withdrawal request.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits where the payment provider permits this. mayong77 may decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

mayong77 offers various promotional incentives to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, loyalty tier rewards, and migration bonuses. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Each promotion is available only to eligible, verified Players as specified in the promotion's individual terms;
• Bonuses may be credited automatically upon qualifying deposit or may require manual activation through the Promotions section of your Account;
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance and any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements specify a multiplier (e.g., 15x, 20x, 25x) applied to the bonus amount — this is the total wager volume required, not the number of bets;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — sports betting, live dealer, and certain high-RTP slots may carry a reduced contribution percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed per promotion;
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period from bonus activation;
• mayong77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any Player found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to exploit bonus mechanics — will have their bonus forfeit and may have their Account suspended.

All wagers placed on the mayong77 Platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is the Player's responsibility to review all bet details prior to confirmation. mayong77 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where an obvious and verifiable system error can be demonstrated.

In the event of a system malfunction, technical error, or communication failure during gameplay or during the settlement of a sports betting event, mayong77 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. The Company's decision in such matters is final.

For sports betting, all markets are subject to the betting rules of the relevant sport and competition as applied by mayong77's sportsbook. In cases of dispute regarding event outcome, mayong77 will refer to official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia matches, the English Premier League for EPL fixtures).

For live casino games, the result displayed on-screen following completion of a game round is deemed final. Any discrepancy between what is displayed to the Player and the recorded server-side result will be resolved in accordance with the server-side record, which takes precedence.

Maximum bet limits apply across all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by game type, Player tier, and promotional status.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mayong77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Opening more than one Account — whether in your own name or under aliases, family members' details, or any other identity;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or subsequent account updates;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain unfair advantage — any winnings derived from a known exploit are subject to forfeiture;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game mode, particularly in live poker or competitive game formats;
• Attempting to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform's back-end systems, servers, or databases;
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any element of the Platform's content without express written permission from mayong77.

All content on the mayong77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, written copy, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of mayong77 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, or modification of any Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mayong77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gambling stakes or winnings due to technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or system error;
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities resulting from Platform downtime;
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to secure your login credentials;
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors in the course of processing deposits or withdrawals.

mayong77's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any and all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the value of that Player's Account Balance at the time the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

mayong77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should remain an enjoyable entertainment activity. If at any point you feel that gambling is negatively impacting your finances, relationships, or mental wellbeing, you are encouraged to make use of the following tools available within your Account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a specified period of continuous gameplay;
• Reality Check Notifications: Regular on-screen prompts displaying your current session duration and net gaming activity;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict your own access to the Platform by contacting our support team via live chat.

This Platform is for players aged 21 and above only. If you believe a minor may have access to your Account, please contact our support team immediately to secure your account and report the matter.

mayong77 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit any associated balance, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• A Player has provided false or fraudulent information at any stage;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity has been detected on or linked to the Account;
• The Account has been used in connection with money laundering or any other illegal activity;
• A legitimate self-exclusion request has been received from the Account holder;
• A third-party authority (e.g., a financial institution or regulatory body) has issued a binding instruction relating to the Account.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, mayong77 will endeavour to conclude the investigation and communicate an outcome to the Player within 28 business days. Where termination is warranted, any Real Balance remaining (net of bonuses and contested amounts) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method used for deposit, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

Players may voluntarily close their own Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24–48 hours. Outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds will be cancelled upon voluntary closure — only confirmed Real Balance will be eligible for return withdrawal.

mayong77 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments become effective upon publication on this page. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect Player rights or obligations — mayong77 will endeavour to provide advance notice via email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should cease use of the Platform and contact our support team to initiate Account closure and withdrawal of any Real Balance.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall in the first instance be referred to mayong77's customer support team for attempted resolution.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication within a reasonable timeframe, the dispute shall be referred to formal dispute resolution in accordance with procedures notified by mayong77 to the Player in writing. mayong77's decisions on all matters of gameplay outcome, bonus eligibility, and Account standing are final in the absence of a demonstrable system error.

In all cases, Players retain any statutory rights they hold under applicable Malaysian consumer protection law that cannot be contractually excluded or limited.
